4K Registration/Screening and Child Find
School District of Kewaskum
 
The School District of Kewaskum is having its 4K registration and screening on Friday, March 23rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, March 26th, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Kewaskum Elementary School.
 
If your child will turn 4 on or before Sept. 1, 2012, please call between February 13th and March 9th to set up an appointment.
 
If your child will turn 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2012 and you are new to the District or enrolling in our schools for the first time, please call to share information on your child. You do not need to set up a time for screening unless you have concerns with your child’s development.
 
If you have a child that is currently 2 ½ - 5 years old and you have concerns in the areas of speech and language or readiness skills, please call between February 13th and March 9th to set up a screening appointment.
 
If you have a child that is 5-21 years old and you have concerns about his/her development, please call the District Office.
 
All calls should be directed to 262-626-8427 x8001.
 
Please bring your child’s original birth certificate to your appointment.
If this is your first child entering the district, please provide proof of residency.
