4K Registration/Screening and Child Find
School District of Kewaskum
 
The School District of Kewaskum has 4K registration and screening in the Spring of each year.  If your child will turn 4 on or before September 1, 2013, he or she will be eligible to be registered and screened.

Registration & Screening for 2013-2014 School Year:

Friday, March 15th from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, March 22nd, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Kewaskum Elementary School

Please call between February 4th and March 8th to schedule a screening appointment (262-626-8427 x8001).

 
If your child will turn 5 on or before Sepember. 1, 2013 and you are new to the District or enrolling in our schools for the first time, please call to share information on your child. You do not need to set up a time for screening unless you have concerns with your child’s development.
 
If you have a child that is currently 2 ½ - 5 years old and you have concerns in the areas of speech and language or readiness skills, you may call the Pupil Services Department to discuss your concerns.
 
If you have a child that is 5-21 years old and you have concerns about his/her development, please call the Pupil Services Department.
 
Pupil Services calls should be directed to 262-626-8427 x8012 all other calls regarding 4k can be directed to x8001.
 
You will be asked to bring your child’s original birth certificate to your appointment.
If this is your first child entering the district, you will also need to provide proof of residency.
