Farmington Elementary School is located in the Town of Farmington, six miles east of Kewaskum. It is a school with approximately 240 students and 20 staff members. FES has acres of open fields, prairie gardens, and forest trails. The outside is similar to the inside where the feeling is warm and welcoming. FES is a smaller school in a rural setting, but the students have big opportunities.
"Igniting a PASSION for Learning" is not just a catchy motto-----it is our mission. Our staff works diligently to provide students the environment to allow this to be true. This includes the way that our teachers prepare units, the teaching strategies that we utilize, and how the district strategically uses its’ resources.
A strength of our school is our parent involvement. Whether it is through the PTO or as a classroom volunteer, parents, and guardians make a difference. Our PTO plans and hosts fun events throughout the year, purchases supplies and technology, and funds school assemblies. It is evident that the highly engaged parents of FES enhances the overall learning experience.
Farmington Elementary is a great place to learn with its devoted and caring staff and parents, positive atmosphere, and focus on academics. We continue to work closely with our staff, parents, PTO, and community to make FES a place where children succeed academically and socially! We invite you to join the FES team, and together we will empower our students to realize their full potential.
