      Ears Listening
      Eyes Watching
      Hands Still
      Feet Quiet
      Lips closed

Classroom Consequences:
      Warning and explanation of why a warning from the teacher.
      Time Out. Removal from activity to an alone spot for 5 minutes.
      The student will discuss with the teacher why he/she was removed.
      The student will discuss with the teacher what behavior is expected to
            reenter the activity.
      Phone call, email, or note home to parent.
