Ultimate Frisbee

o Learn how to throw and catch a Frisbee properly.

Daily Fitness
o Develop an appreciation for the benefits of daily physical activity.
o Develop upper body strength by performing push-ups.

o Understand the differences between 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 basketball, including half-court play and etiquette.

o Demonstrate proper underhand serving form. Progress from serving from 10 feet away from the net to the service line 30 feet away from the net.

o Demonstrate proper throwing and catching technique.

Ultimate Frisbee

o Learn how to throw and catch a Frisbee properly.
o Learn basic offensive strategies including the zigzag, and the quick toss.
o Learn man-to-man defensive strategies.
o Work together as a team to advance the disc down the field.
