8th Grade Physical Education:
 
Tennis
o   Demonstrate understanding of Rules and Regulations.
o   Learn how to serve and receive properly.
o   Learn the lob and smash.
o   Learn how to score a game of tennis.
 
Football
o   Demonstrate understanding of Rules and Regulations.
o   Learn how to properly throw and catch a football.
o   Learn the various positions on a team.
o   Learn how to kick and punt.
o   Learn basic offensive plays.
o   Learn basic defensive strategy.
 
Table Tennis/Badminton
o   Demonstrate understanding of Rules and Regulations.
o   Learn how to serve and receive properly.
o   Learn how to score in badminton and table tennis.
 
Basketball
o   Demonstrate understanding of Rules and Regulations.
o   Demonstrate proper shooting form.
o   Demonstrate dribbling and passing.

Frisbee Golf
o   Learn the rules and regulations of the sport.
o   Learn how to judge distance.
o   Learn which disc to use in which situation.
o   Learn proper throwing techniques.
