Presidential Fitness Standards
There are five components to the Presidential Fitness Test:
  • Sit and Reach> Tests muscular flexibility.
  • Curl Ups> Tests abdominal strength.
  • Pull Ups> Tests upper arm strength.
  • One Mile Run> Tests cardiovascular endurance.
  • Shuttle Run> Tests speed and endurance.
