- Sit and Reach> Tests muscular flexibility.
- Curl Ups> Tests abdominal strength.
- Pull Ups> Tests upper arm strength.
- One Mile Run> Tests cardiovascular endurance.
- Shuttle Run> Tests speed and endurance.
