Jump Rope for Heart

Jump Rope For Heart is a national educational fund-raising program that is sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD). 

This year we will be doing Jump Rope For Heart with the kindergarten through third grades and the fourth and fifth graders will participate in the Hoops for Heart program.

Don't forget to practice for the district speed jumping contest.  Try to get as many jumps as you can in ten seconds.
