Fiction Book Report Form
This form should be completed when you have finished reading a fictional story. Remember to use final draft form; complete sentences, check your spelling, answer the questions completely. Please use a lot of details.

Nonfiction Book Report Form
This is the form you want to complete if you have finished reading a nonfiction story. It's a very basic form, to earn as many points as possible, be detailed and specific. Please use complete sentences and be careful with your grammar.

Science Fair: Written Project Plan

Please see me if you have questions.

Science Fair Paper Required Format
This document explains in detail how the science fair paper should be completed. There are 10 sections, each section should begin on a new page. Please see me with questions.
