MATH FACTS
o       Increase fluency in operations using basic math facts
o       Use tables, and charts as resources in problem solving
o       Use calculator to evaluate expressions
 
TIME
o       Identify time on analog and digital clocks to the minute
o       Identify times before and after given time to the nearest 5 minutes
o       Calculate elapsed time up to 12 hours
 
MONEY
o       Correctly identify and count out amounts up to $50
o       Count out change up to $50
o       Identify appropriate values for common items
 
TABLES & GRAPHS
o       Read and create tables and graphs
o       Use tables and graphs to gather information
o       Read and create simple coordinate graphs
 
OPERATIONS
o       Carry out addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division with whole numbers, decimals, & fractions
o       Apply order of operations
 
MEASUREMENT
  • Measure length to the nearest millimeter
  • Measure length to the nearest eighth inch
