 Monday Finish Reports County Report/No Homework  Word Sorts will be done daily.  Students are grouped based on spelling tests which show strengths in spelling patterns and areas that need to be worked on.

 Wednesday Writing the report County Report/No Homework  As we write our county report, we are focusing on the six traits of writing.  Each student needs to have one goal which is to inform the reader about their county.

 In their writing, the students need organizer their writing, choose appropriate words which show their voice, use a variety of sentence structures, and check for grammar and punctuation.
