I grew up in the Kewaskum School District and went to school here from kindergarten through my senior year of high school.  I then went on to University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee where I graduated with a minor in English.  I did my student teaching in the Milwaukee Public School System in a seventh grade classroom. 

            I'm going into my seventh year teaching at Kewaskum Middle School.  I have taught Mathematics and Language Arts for six years. This will be my second year teaching 6th grade, and I am excited for it.

            Outside of work, I treasure spending time with my family and friends.  I also have my puppy.  His name is Winston.  He is an Ori Pei, which is a Shar Pei and Pug mix.  He keeps me busy with vet appointments and dog parks.  Some other hobbies that I enjoy are golfing, playing volleyball, and volunteering.  I am currently a member of the Fillmore Fire Department, which has been a family tradition.
