Schedule A Grade 9 Individual Planning Conference

Dear Parents/Guardians:

It’s time to schedule your Grade 9 Individual Planning Conference! This is not a traditional parent-teacher conference or an appropriate place to discuss discipline issues. It is a specially designed conference for you and your student to focus on his/her current talents and interests, their educational and career development, and information to begin planning for their future. Conferences generally last 45 minutes, and take place during various times throughout the school day. Your involvement in this conference is very important and we need you there to make this a successful and useful conference!

Topics that will be discussed include your student’s overall academic performance, talents, abilities, interests, career interest inventory results, academic test results, and future goals. I’m looking forward to meeting with you and your student!
