This is the form that you will need to fill out if you are interested in ordering clothing from the School Store/Booster Club. After you fill this out, you will receive an email to verify your order. We will tell you your total cost, restate your order, and tell you when you can pick it up from the high school office. You then will have to email us back and tell us that everything looks good. We will not start processing your order until we receive that email.
