ACT 55 Public Notice
Annually, Kewaskum School District must provide to the parent or guardian of each pupil enrolled in or attending the school the following:

a) a copy of the schools’ most recent accountability report.
b) a list of the educational options available to children who reside in the Kewaskum School District.
c) notify all families of students with disabilities of the Special Needs Voucher Program which begins in the 2016-17 school year.

The information is available and can be accessed through the Wisconsin Department of Publication website using the following links:

Child Development Screening Days:  The Kewaskum School District has a screening program to locate and screen all resident children with suspected disabilities.  If you are a district resident and have a child aged 2 years, 9 months and older that you suspect may have a disability.  Learn more.

Open Enrollment:  Wisconsin’s inter-district public school open enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they live. Applications may be submitted to up to three nonresident school districts.  Learn more.

Alternative Open Enrollment - Parents interested in applying for open enrollment outside the regular registration window must complete an Alternative Application and submit it to the non-resident district.  

Part-Time Open Enrollment - Beginning in the 2018-19 school year, a pupil enrolled in a public school in the high school grades may attend public school in a nonresident school district for the purpose of taking a course offered by the nonresident school district.  A pupil may attend no more than two courses at any time in nonresident school districts.
